The motor contain of a stator 30mm diameter (the PCB part) mounted with Piezo's and a rotor placed on a build-up platform. The driver electronic is delivered build in a box with push buttons for Clockwise and Counter Clockwise direction. The Evaluation-kit is delivered with adapter 100-240V.

We are pleased to announce a new version of our evaluation kit which includes a new controller with built-in frequency tracking. The user of new Evaution Kit no longer needs to manually adjust the frequency, since the controller will track automatically once the user starts the motor on the toggle switch.
Integrated Tracking Controller for optimal performance integrated on th drive PCB
Operation is fully automatic:
1. When the controller is powered up, it will do a frequency sweep and store the optimal frequency, i.e. the frequency where the supply current is maximum.
2. Later, when the user manually starts the motor, the frequency will be set to the stored frequency and the tracking starts.
3. Tracking continues as long as the motor is running.
4. When the motor is stopped the last frequency is stored in memory to be used next time the motor is operated.
All major parameters for the operation of the Tracking Controller are set in the EEPROM of the controller chip and can be adapted to different motor sizes and customer requirements on request. Please contact info@pcbmotor.com
The controller PCB is available in bulk in minimum lot sizes of 5.
The driver contain pin connectors for: Start and stop Directions - Clock wise and Counter Clock wise Supply Voltage - for speed control Frequency
